What if I can’t find a particular item?

Is the product in stock?
Due to our huge inventory, we may have your item in stock. Items not in stock will be ordered the same day we receive the order, providing it’s ordered on a business day. If the item is on backorder, you will be notified of the expected due date.
How should I choose a color?
Colors chosen from a computer monitor may be unreliable. If you’re choosing a color for the first time, it would be advisable to purchase a color ring. The color ring not only provides color, but also provides texture and fiber. Each company will provide their own color ring. Certain companies offer several color rings since they provide more than one collection. When you have selected a color, you may send the color ring back and receive full credit for a future purchase. How do I place an order?
The Coco's Wig Boutique Store purchase process is secure and simple. Just follow these easy steps:
- Click on the product you want to buy.
- Selecting Size and/or Color if offered.
- Click on the “Add to Basket” button.
- You’ll proceed to a summary screen that shows you what’s in your shopping basket.
Here you can:
Remove items by clicking on “Remove Product”
Go back and do more shopping by clicking on “Back”
Update the quantity, size or color you’d like to buy making the selections in the boxes provided
- You can click on “Continue Shopping” and return to the Display Room
- When you’re finished shopping click on ”Check Out”
- You’ll be prompted for Billing and Shipping Information.
When the “Bill To” an “Ship To” addresses are the same, the “Bill To” information must be on file with the issuing bank.
When the “Bill To” and “Ship To” addresses are different, both addresses must be on file with the issuing bank.
International orders must be paid by money order or wire transfer. Please email us or call us (1-888-944-4968) for details. If you place an international order through our website and choose a payment method other than money order or wire transfer, you will be contacted by one of our sales associates to discuss payment options. Your order will be processed as soon as payment is received.

Will be taxed on my purchases?
All orders within the United States, but outside California are tax-free. Orders shipped to an address in California are charged sales tax, unless you are a business and send us a resale card. To accommodate California customers, we will offer free ground shipping.
When will my order be processed?
All orders placed on our web site are processed the next business day at the latest. (Note: “processed” does not mean the order is ready to ship out. For more information, see shipping).
When will my credit card be charged for an order?
Unless your product is on backorder, your credit card will be charged immediately.
How do I get a final invoice for a purchase?
The invoice will be included along with the items ordered. You will also receive an email record of the purchase.
